This service is designed to allow Insurance Agents to submit Certificates of Insurance information for Contractors (CT) and Pest Control Operators (PCO) licensed with the DCCA/PVL.
Insurance Agents and Insurers Affording Coverages
- Must be actively licensed with the DCCA Insurance Division.

Insurance Certificate Processing
- Allow 3-5 business days for processing
- DO NOT submit insurance certificate hardcopies to the DCCA/PVL if already submitted online
IMPORTANT:To Reduce the Processing Time of Insurance Certificates
DO NOT submit multiple copies of the same insurance certificate online and/or hardcopy as this will only increase the review and processing time of all certificates received.
